Salvador Perez's parents came to Brussels in the 1960s. He himself worked all over the world as a cook and waiter, but came back and opened the restaurant and shop Unico in Saint-Gilles. "Many different Europeans live in this district. They like to come here, because they find all sorts of products from all countries."
