Stéphane Thales came to Brussels a few years ago from Cameroon to study. He was always interested in public relations and fashion. He felt that the African community was not well represented in the Brussels fashion industry, so with the help of other colleagues he decided to set up a new event: Mister and Miss Black Belgium.
