Since March you can visit Brasserie de la Mule in Schaarbeek. The brewery has its own café with terrace and is housed in the old STIB stables. The founder is the German Joël Galy. "It is called Brasserie de la Mule because the donkey is the symbol of Schaerbeek, and a donkey and a horse produce a mule. And also because I have a very nice mullet."
