Five years ago, Bojan Radetić opened restaurant Maison d'Istrie, based on the cuisine of his native land Croatia. Initially, it was mainly Croats who came to eat there, but that has completely changed now. "Croatian cuisine is less known than French and Italian, but people are slowly discovering that we also make delicious pasta and truffles."
