Art Nouveau restaurant Chabrol in Schaerbeek: 'We prefer mackerel to lobster'

Two years ago, the French-Italian sisters Sophie and Marie opened a neighbourhood restaurant on the Louis Bertrandlaan. They use seasonal produce and their limited menu changes regularly. "We work like a French bistro, so our products are not necessarily noble."
