French entrepreneur Arnaud Dhénin has opened L'Autre Thé on the Place Saint-Pierre, following two shops in Paris. "Every Saturday we have a workshop to discover, for example, matcha or oolong tea. We show how to taste the tea and how to get the most out of the leaf."
