The Hoxton's rooftop bar: 'A margarita in the sun overlooking Brussels'

In May 2023, The Hoxton hotel chain opened its Brussels location in the Victoria Tower in Saint-Josse. The lobby bar, the taqueria and rooftop bar Tope, and the restaurant Cantina Valentina are open to hotel guests and residents alike. "Tope is a Mexican restaurant. There are not many of those in Brussels. And we have a Peruvian restaurant downstairs because the best-selling cookbook in Belgium is about Peruvian cuisine."
