Els dreamed of a bookshop. And a bookshop was just what was missing in her Anderlecht neighbourhood, so she opened Herbes Folles. "French-language and Dutch-language books are mixed up. That reflects reality, as both languages are spoken in Anderlecht. It's nice that you can discover them this way."
