Georgi Gotev: 'Brussels is very safe for a journalist, especially compared to Bulgaria'

We meet Georgi Gotev, a journalist with the pan-European news site Euractiv and founder of Euractiv Bulgaria. He has been living in Brussels for 15 years and has no intention of ever leaving. "I discovered a long time ago that you have to tell a story. So don't just say: today the Commission decided this and that. You have to find the protagonists and you have to find out what is behind the decisions. And telling these stories is something I really enjoy."
