Antonio Quaratino is an Italian mozzarella maker who came to Brussels twelve years ago. For the past year, he has been running La burrata, serving homemade mozzarella, burrata, and other Italian specialities. "We organise cheese tastings. At lunchtime, we make sandwiches to take away. And we also sell mini pizzas and artisan products."
