Remind Me Tomorrow is the title of the fifth album by the American indie-rock artist Sharon Van Etten. The title symbolizes the propensity we all have to procrastinate, with one eye on our lives and the other on a screen that fruitlessly demands yet another urgent and necessary update.

Van Etten makes time for other things. She paused her career to study psychology, made her first foray as an actress and composed a soundtrack, met a new partner, and had a baby. Songs like “Comeback Kid” exude power, self-confidence and control. But the biggest transformation is in her sound: the guitars are now counterbalanced with synths and drum computers.
