Thibault had experience as a waiter, Hishaam as a chef. Together they started Shrimp's, where you can eat jumbo prawns with rice or pasta. And their concept works: they have a Google rating of 4.8. "We came up with different sauces and so on together. We made something that is different but very tasty."
