Olivier started the food truck Chang Noi with his Thai wife in 2013. Their focus is mainly markets and the European quarter, but since the COVID-19 crisis, their sales have dropped to around 30-40% of normal turnover. "The only people who are here are the ones who are really needed to keep businesses running for their colleagues who work from home."
