Alicia's parents came to Brussels from Chile and she was born here. She lived in Ireland for 15 years, where she discovered farmers' markets. Today, she runs Molleke, which aims to be more than just an ordinary grocery shop. "For us, sharing knowledge is very important. If you are in a hurry, you better not come here to shop."
