Charles Hargrove, alias Kool Koor, is an American artist who has been living in Brussels for 32 years. He grew up in the Bronx, where Keith Haring and Jean-Michel Basquiat became his friends. "In Brussels you see more and more graffiti art appearing. In the centre you find the most, but we are also well on our way in the other communes."
