Recyclart is a project with three components: an arts centre, a workshop and a restaurant. And at the latter, you can enjoy a five-course meal every Tuesday night. "We decided to develop something a bit more gastronomic. Also because there are not so many vegan places in Brussels. And to take on the challenge to reach a certain level of service and taste with this team in an employment programme."
