Volta is a new “creative workspace and venue for music” and offers “everything needed to be a guide for the musicians”, such as residences, workshops, masterclasses, showcases, and rehearsal spaces.
Musical hub Volta is moving from Ixelles to Anderlecht
To celebrate the opening of its creative workspace in Studio City Gate in Anderlecht, it is presenting a number of great upcoming bands and artists from Brussels.
Bombataz, for example, which deals in playful, autotuned jazz-electro-glitch-80s-funk. Or 2 Times Nothing, five musicians who connect classical jazz with club music and everything in between. And we’re also looking forward to the rising star Ana Diaz, a young Brussels-based musician of Spanish heritage who has already been invited to collaborate with Blu Samu and Le 77.
