Chocolatier of the Year Sasaki: 'Billions of possibilities with few ingredients'


Yasushi Sasaki is a Japanese pastry chef who has lived in Brussels for more than 30 years. He was named Brussels Chocolatier of the Year 2024. "The title I received from Gault&Millau has brought me many customers and has given me confidence in my work."
