Restaurant Caspian: 'Our menu features dishes from all over Iran'

If you live in Brussels, you don't have to travel far to discover authentic Iranian cuisine. Since 2012 you can go to the restaurant Caspian, a stone's throw from the Grand Place. "My husband was always in the kitchen. He loved to cook Iranian food, his speciality. I never saw myself in the restaurant business. I studied electrical engineering in Iran and IT here in Belgium. But I couldn't leave him alone."
