Saddam Shkair came up with the idea of a Syrian sweet shop while he was studying management at the VUB. And now, four years after his first shop in Saint-Josse-ten-Noode, there is also one in Ixelles. "Making the sweets is a very difficult and precise job. You spend three to four hours on some, one hour on others."
