Nikolas Koulepis is from Rhodes, came to Brussels in 2012, and after some time started a pastry shop with Greek sweets in Ixelles. Then he also opened the Pitasserie, with savoury products. "There we sell many different vegetable pies, prepared in the traditional Greek way."
